VERA reads the following data from Health Connect to provide personalized health insights:
Your health data is used solely to:
Your health data — including data synced from Health Connect — is stored securely in the cloud (Supabase, hosted on AWS) and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level security, so other users cannot see your data. It is never sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used for advertising. If you choose device-only storage in Settings, your data stays in your browser and is not synced to the cloud.
You can disconnect Health Connect at any time in VERA's Settings, and revoke permissions directly in the Health Connect app. Disconnecting stops VERA from reading future data. You can export all of your data, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time from Settings.
